It gets worse. There's someone on Youtube who's teaching peopl how to MAKE colorover videos and is having a contest to see who can make the best one. He's practicly saying "It's ok to steal someone elses art, chang the color, and call it your own."

Recolor? Fine, but either keep it to yourself, or don't try and pass it off as more than it is--an edit of existing work. And more often than not, a craptastic one. >.=.>

What's worse when I said "Insted of encouraging people to take someone elses art, color over then call it an OC, why don't you make them draw their OWN design for a character and judge that?" he/she had the never to say "Because i don't like to stomp on people's characters that they made themselves"
